Business model
We operate a dropshipping model. This means we do not maintain our own inventory. Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier to our customers. Depending on the supplier's location, this may result in longer delivery times and different packaging.
Delivery & Customs
We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside of Switzerland, additional costs (e.g., customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees) may apply. These charges are levied by the respective authorities and are to be borne by the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price and will not be invoiced by us.

Product liability & use
All products must be used according to the manufacturer's specifications. We assume no liability for damage resulting from improper use or modifications to the products.
The customer is responsible for compliance with all local regulations (e.g. safety standards, import bans, age restrictions) in the country of destination.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages or lost profits arising from the use or unavailability of our products or website.
Choice of law & jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is our company headquarters in Switzerland.
